Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the travel service request or hotel room is available and has been reserved. We do not charge a cancellation fee for travel service requests or rooms that have not been confirmed.

To cancel your booking, simply send us an email to contact@bangkokdaytrip.com and insert the word ‘CANCEL’ in the subject line. The email must include the following details:

1. Booking reference ID number
2. Email address used for the booking
3. First and family name used for the booking
4. Date of tour

Sightseeing Tours, Transfers & Transportation

Hotel / Resort Cancellation

The agent must notify the tour operator of cancellations and reductions as early as possible. Every hotel will have a different policy but the following general rule can be applied as an approximate guideline.

1 May – 31 Oct3 days prior to arrival
1 Nov – 15 Dec21 to 30 days prior to arrival
16 Dec – 20 Jan45 to 60 days prior to arrival
21 Jan – 30 Apr21 to 30 days prior to arrival
  • If the reservation is canceled or reduced by shorter than the required minimum notice period, a late cancellation/no-show fee will apply, we as booking agents only charge the minimum 5% bank fee, however, hotel cancellation policy differ from property to property.
  • In case of NO-SHOW or early checkout, no refund will be made. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
  • Amendment needs to be made not less than 5 business days prior to check-in date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly.)
  • Will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

We will notify you of cancellation policy each and every confirmation of a booking so that there is no misunderstandings.
